Measurements should be taken in the undergarments you plan to wear under your dress.
Make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortable, but not too loose, like you’d want your dress to fit.
1. Bust Measurement: Standing up straight, with your arms at your side, measure the fullest part of your chest and around your back.
2. Waist Measurement: Measure the narrowest part of your torso or where your waist creases when you bend to the side (This is usually right over your bellybutton)
3. Hips: Standing up straight, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4. Length: From the hollow of your neck to the floor in bare feet

Our quality control process meets the highest standards. We very carefully inspect every dress before shipping to ensure that you are a 100% satisfied.
We do not accept returns on improperly sized gowns by the customer.
We strongly encourage that a professional seamstress or tailor does your measurements in order to avoid any mistakes.
2. Stock Availability
Contact us to find out the estimated ship date for the dress you are interested in. Please include the style number, size and color of the dress and the date you plan to wear the dress.
Specially ordered wedding gowns will generally ship 14 to 16 weeks from the date of your order confirmation, but some designers require up to 24 weeks.
When your order is processed you will be provided with an approximate ship date and once this is confirmed by you, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged.
Special orders cancelled after confirmation are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%, as Special Orders are cut specifically for you!
3. Domestic Shipping
Ground shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
Remember, we offer free standard ground shipping within the continental US for orders over US$500.

Please note that if the billing address on your credit card is different than the address the order is to be shipped to we will need a letter of authorization from the credit card holder before we can process your order. A link to the form you will need to fill out will be included in the automatic order confirmation that you receive via email.
After entering your payment information you will be prompted to review the details of your order, and if this is domestic shipment, you will choose the method of shipment.
We also ask that you indicate your wear date when placing your order so we can make sure you receive your dress on time.

A link to the form (in PDF format) can be found at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Please complete this form and fax it to us at (954) 561-0202 or scan and email it to us at email@example.com If you are unable to complete this form you can send a copy of the credit card holder’s government-issued photo ID and a signed and dated statement of authorization including your order confirmation number. If you would rather not complete the form, you can request to have the dress sent to the credit card’s billing address or submit your order via PayPal.

Confirmed orders and orders that have been shipped are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
We suggest that you be cautious and avoid doing business with these companies.
We do offer overstock items on our website at prices marked up to 70% below the retail value.
All of the dresses on our website are brand-new, in perfect condition and available for same day shipping when your order is placed before 12 p.m. EST.
We offer free ground shipping within the US, contact us for a quote on international shipping.
